The Victor, Dranoff Properties’ statement for luxury urban living in Camden, NJ, is the catalyst for the $500 million revitalization of the Camden waterfront along the Delaware River. A once vibrant manufacturing city and home to RCA Victor’s headquarters, Camden has long been underutilized and undervalued. But in 2004, Dranoff finished the adaptive reuse of the former RCA Victor cabinet factory, transforming it into 341 luxury loft rental apartments. The Victor’s completion became a powerful symbol of Camden’s revitalization and has spurred multiple new investments on the Camden Waterfront.
The highly successful Victor is only the first project in Dranoff’s multi-phase redevelopment plan for the waterfront.
